Every leader understands that the equation to greatness is the summation of the so called 'littles', we all have a role to play whether as actively or passively.
The continued existence of YSI's vision is owed to God and these team members who work sacrificially on the tenets of humanitarianism bringing together their skills, experience, passion and financial contributions. Truly the strength of the team is the individual member and the strength of each one of us is the team.
