As frail as this topic sounds, it carries heavy weights in the minds of leaders and others who know the importance. Like on a normal day, online activities ensued on the group page, I observed the heightened level of jovial rapport going on amongst my team members, by the way, this is very important for the progress of the team and organization at large. One key virtue I have always observed a model of mine, Mr Mike Oladipo display is Enthusiasm, he’s never downtrodden even in the face of obvious challenges, I mean his level of humor and enthusiasm is so high that it can be felt over the phone and in fact is easily contagious. Having this knowledge, I decided to throw the question open to my team members to know what they felt about the virtue they so much exude, that gives the group such a relishing cologne.
